Request deletion from Everest World Lifts

  1. Email support@everestworldlifts.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include the name and email address associated with your interaction with Everest World Lifts.
  3. If your request relates to Facebook, include your Facebook profile URL or Facebook user ID so we can identify the associated record.
  4. Do not send your password, payment details, government identification number, or other sensitive credentials.

We will acknowledge your request and may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity. After verification, we will delete eligible personal data from our active records and instruct relevant service providers to do the same. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

Remove Everest World Lifts from Facebook

You can also remove an app or website connection directly from your Facebook account:

  1. Log in to Facebook and open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Apps and websites.
  3. Find Everest World Lifts, select it, and choose Remove.
  4. After removing access, email us using the instructions above if you also want previously shared data deleted from our records.

Information we may retain

Some information may be retained where required by law, needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or maintain necessary business records. Any retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
